Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of www.speedyresurfacing.com.au and its tools (the "Site"), operated by Speedy Resurfacing, a division of Speedy Line Marking, 545 Merrylands Road, Merrylands NSW 2160. By using the Site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Content on the Site — including blog articles, guides, pricing indications, colour palettes, the Court Customiser and the Court Scan tool — is provided for general information only. It is not engineering, legal or financial advice and does not form part of any contract. Every court is different; a written quotation issued after a site assessment is the only document that describes the scope, price and warranty of work we will perform.

The Court Scan tool produces an indicative, AI-assisted description of a court's visible condition from photographs you upload. It cannot detect sub-base movement, moisture, hidden coating incompatibility or structural defects, and must not be relied upon in place of an on-site assessment. The Court Customiser produces visual concepts only; actual colours vary with substrate, lighting, screen calibration and product batch.

By uploading photos you confirm you have the right to do so, that they do not identify people, and you grant us a licence to use them to assess your court and prepare a proposal.

Prices shown or implied on the Site are indicative starting points in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Resurfacing work is subject to weather, substrate condition and site access, and programme dates may move accordingly. All work is performed under the terms set out in our written quotation and the Australian Consumer Law.

All text, photographs, renders, logos (including the Speedy Resurfacing crown mark), designs and code on the Site are owned by or licensed to Speedy Line Marking and are protected by Australian and international copyright and trade-mark law. You may view and print pages for personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, scrape, republish or commercially exploit any content without our written permission. Photographs of our completed projects may not be used to represent another contractor's work.

You must not:

• upload unlawful, offensive or infringing material, or images that identify people without their consent;
• submit false enquiries, spam the forms or attempt to interfere with the Site, its tools or our systems;
• use automated means to harvest content, data or images from the Site;
• misrepresent your identity or your authority to request work on a property.

The Site links to third-party services including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google and www.speedylinemarking.com.au. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content, including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the relevant service or the cost of doing so.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. We may update these terms at any time by publishing the revised version on this page with a new "last updated" date.
